Ouray Ice Festival - January 9-12, 2014
The Ouray Ice Festival, held annually since 1996, is the largest ice climbing event in North America, bringing together ice climbers from across the globe. Aside from inspiring over 30,000 outdoor enthusiasts the Ice Festival is also the main fundraiser for Park maintenance and operations.

Balloons & Varooms, Ridgway - May 9-11, 2014
Three days of fun for the whole family. Hot air balloons, classic cars, Friday evening concert and balloon glow in Hartwell Park. Saturday evening dinner in Ridgway State Park with entertainment and Alpenglow.

Mountain Air Music Series – Month of June in Ouray
Ridgway Concert Series – Month of July in Ridgway
A FREE outdoor concert series held in Fellin Park in Ouray in June, and in Hartwell Park in Ridgway in July. Each Thursday from 6 - 9 pm, the series will feature incredible live music along with great food, non-alcoholic beverages, and beer, wine and spirits for purchase. Local non-profit organizations will benefit from beverage and food sales during the concerts. Each concert will be a multi-faceted family-friendly affair, with great kids' entertainment to go along with the music.
Elks Bingo – all summer beginning in June
The Ouray Elks Lodge hosts bingo every Wednesday evening during the summer months, starting at 7 p.m. Come and play, and experience the history of this grand, old building built in 1903.
41st Annual Telluride Blue Grass Festival - June 19-22, 2014
The 41st Annual Telluride Bluegrass coincides with the Summer Solstice; the longest day of the year; the beginning of summer. Telluride Jazz Celebration - August 1-3, 2014
Telluride Jazz Celebration is enjoying the 38th Anniversary year of bringing world-class jazz to the town of Telluride. A not-to-be-missed musical event, performances take place on outdoor stages during the day and in and in historic theaters and clubs at night.

Ouray Heritage Weekend with Chillin and Grillin and Highgraders mining competition. Food, live music, local vendors and regional craft brewers. A "friendly" competition in traditional mining skills like single-jacking, team drilling and mucking. History in action! Fellin Park and Ouray Hot Springs Pool parking area.

Imogene Pass Run, Ouray to Telluride - September 6, 2014
The Imogene Pass Run course is 17 miles, 2.5 blocks long (17.1 miles). The Run has increased greatly in size and importance from its humble origins in 1974. Where once it was an adventure run for a few pioneers, today the race is immensely popular and the number of registered participants is by necessity restricted, due to safety and logistics reasons. From the original field of six, it has grown to encompass more than 1500 participants!
Blues and Brews Festival , Telluride - September 12-14, 2014
One of the most scenic music festivals in the country, the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival is a three day celebration of music and microbrews, held in Telluride Town Park , an outdoor music venue with breathtaking mountain peaks for a backdrop. By day, experience live blues, rock, funk, gospel, and soul, the best microbrews from over 50 microbreweries during Saturday's Grand Tasting, a wide variety of food and craft vendors, children's activities, and more - all on the festival grounds. By night, follow the festival as it flows into the town of Telluride and Mountain Village, with late night juke joints and after-hours jams.
